Cold rolled sheet production line in 2017,the company invested huge sum of money in the introduction of a high-tech reversible rolling mill,which is currently the most advanced in the country.It has the advantage of stable quality,high work efficiency and low production cost.The products are highly favored by customer in Southeast Asia.Through cold rolling,it can obtain the thickness required by the overseas market,the product has high flatness,and has the characteristics of high punching performanceand low yield point,so it has a wide range of applications,mainly applied to automobile,printing iron barrels,building materials and other industries,but also the best substrate for the production of galvanized,organic color coating.Our company´s six-roll reversible rolling mill can measure the thickness of 3.0mm width 730mm-1000mm,the material of Q195, Q235, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE,STW and low alloy structural steel,and roll it to 0.11mm-2.5mm after necessary passage.
Our existing hot-dip galvanized production line can realize an annual output of 320,000 tons of products.The production line adopts the US-steel joint production process.The galvanized strip steel obtained after hot-dip galvanizing cooling is smoothed,pulled and passivated by the production line.After oiling,the product is more resistant to corrosion and the surface is smoother.The hot-dip galvanizing line can produce all kinds of galvanized steel sheets with a thickness of 0.11-0.8mm and a width of 730-1250mm.

Q1:How about thequality?
A:Third party inspections are always welcomed, like TUV. All of the goods will be released together with MTC and stamped by TPI.
Q2: How long is the delivery time?
A: Generally about 5-10 days if the goods in stock. Or will be 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. And alsoaccording to the quantity.
Q3:Do you provide samples? Free or not?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4:May I customize the steel pipe?
A:Sure you can, we can produce according to your requirement, you can send the CAD ordesign drawing.
